Product descriptions, specifications, stem lengths, head sizes, grades, and packaging details are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on harvest conditions and market availability.
Hydrangeas and other flower varieties are natural agricultural products and may present variations in color, size, or appearance.

All pricing is provided upon request and is subject to:

5. Orders & Availability
Orders are confirmed based on weekly availability and final written agreement.

6. Logistics & Third-Party Services
We coordinate shipments through authorized freight forwarders and customs agents.
However, Flores Nueva Era is not responsible for:
- Airline delays
- Customs inspections
- Phytosanitary holds
- Weather disruptions
- Third-party logistics failures
Risk transfer and responsibility shall be determined according to the agreed Incoterms in each transaction.
7. Quality Control
All flowers are inspected and graded at our cold storage facility prior to dispatch.
Claims regarding quality must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence.
8. Limitation of Liability
Due to the perishable and agricultural nature of fresh flowers, Flores Nueva Era shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from handling, storage conditions after delivery, or resale processes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, text, and design, is the property of Flores Nueva Era and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
