Our process
- Farm Selection & Harvesting
We work with selected Colombian farms that meet our standards for quality, consistency, and traceability.
- Reception & Quality Inspection
Each batch is inspected upon arrival at our facilities. We review size, color, freshness, hydration, and traceability before moving to the packing stage.
- Cold Storage & Export Packing
Flowers are pre-cooled and kept under controlled temperature conditions before being packed in export cartons with the appropriate protection and labeling.
4. Export Documentation & Coordination
We prepare the required export documents, including commercial invoice, packing list, and phytosanitary documentation, according to destination requirements.
- International Air Freight
Shipments are transferred to the airport under controlled conditions and dispatched by air cargo to help preserve freshness and product quality.
- Arrival & Follow-Up
Once the shipment arrives, it goes through customs and phytosanitary procedures before final delivery. We stay in contact with our clients to ensure a smooth process and reliable follow-up
